I took the ISF class last year and Sencore was also their. They let us abuse their gear and NEVER ONCE attempted to hustle us for gear. They had a person there to answer any solicted questions but didn't offer ANY info without being asked first. They never addressed the class other than introduce himself the first day.

I did however buy Sencore gear. Its nice stuff even though its pricey. They take as much time as you need to learn how to use it. I even went to their facility in SD for a hands on training.

We all think our customers are wise for hiring us because we "Add value," We aren't the cheapest but we all claim to be great at what we do. Buying this type of gear from a comapny like Sencore is the same thing. You can buy cheaper but will you get the factory support and training that you need? I can tell you from my experiences with them, theyre a great company to deal with. Sorry for the infomercial.

Diplomacy is the art of saying hire a pro without actually saying hire a pro
