Last time I installed a flasher on samsung I tought I placed the flasher in the lower left corner of the screen as the ir sensor is not in the usual place, unless I'm mistaken. I have been wrong.

With the samsungs I usually place an on button on the beginning of the TSu3000 therefore allowing on to be Samsung power off, delay then toggle power on then macro blah blah blah jump to source selection page that has an off button. This makes it simpler for home owner to get turned on in the first place. At the source page the customer has a choice of source or off and the macro goes faster due to not waiting to turn the tv on and off.

Downside!......--> when they switch to cd or tuner you could have the tv shut off but then it would be work to make sure it turned back on. Just leave the TV on if this is the case.

This is only a suggestion and has worked for me.

Good Luck
