1. Go through the service menu. Send me your email.
2. Put a jumper between the two pins on the TV set. There are four pins on the subwoofer, 2 are the actual driver and 2 are just to tell the set it's there. If you short those 2 the TV will stop showing the message. A phono cartridge lead works well with a little encouragement.
