If she had asked me instead of throwing the phone at me and demanding, and hadn't made "raghead" comments I'd probably have just called a friend of mine at Time/Warner and taken care of that inside of five minuts (which I do regularly for my clients).
AND i never said I didn't get in trouble. Besides, this is what NOT to say to a client....
