No answer for the 6500 (I'm installing URC) but I have to say that DirectV's "bright" idea to supply their "house brand" (as opposed to leaving it up to other manufacturers) is a nightmare. I have literally installed thosands of sat jobs over the years and have always appreciated DirecTV over cable or Echostar (couldn't say enough bad about them) but now that Direct is foisting their crap (and the H10 is) on us, I may have to re-think my position. In the last week, all with one client, we had 3 DOA h10's. Miserable. Interface looks poor as well. Just one man's opinion.
