OK I have to get in here. Regarding the Pronto RFX6500, those of you who are claiming that it sucks obviously have not used the product. I can tell you that I program several different products that use RF control and have seen all of them fail to work except the 6500. Thus far, I have been unable to cause it to fail in known hostile environments.
There seems to be a common misconception that Prontos are no longer reliable and that RF performance is not as good as the competition. For those of you who still have an open mind on the subject you might want to take a new look. And finally, I recently tested the H10/RFX6500 issue and found that the 6500 worked perfectly from a range of 70 feet with the antenna placed directly on top of the h10!
