I get my denon stuff repair under warranty from UR. It usually takes about 2 weeks from the time I ship out, to the time I receive it back. Denon has replaced the ones that were bad out of the box. The stuff that has failed after we install them go to UR. UR does great work and repair Denon stuff under warranty, all you have to foot is the shipping cost. They also do Sony, Denon, Pioneer, Toshiba, etc.
