Yes, Yes, Yes. We've had 1 380, 3 280's, a number of multi disc dvd changers, and a couple of AVR receivers go bad in the last COUPLE OF MONTHS. We sent out the equipment with RMA's attached. The whole return process has taken over 2 months, while getting blown off by our Denon rep. I love Denon's higher end AV receivers and DVD players, but the last couple of months have been ridiculous. We're finally starting to get replacement parts now. This is not acceptable for our clients. DENON REALLY NEEDS TO GET THERE GAME TOGETHER OR THEY'RE GOING TO LOSE BUSINESS.
