That's if you really need that tony Lower Wacker address and the interesting neighbors that go with it. I sold my solid Glen Ellyn bi-level (nice town, decent neighbors, little gunfire at night) four years ago for an affordable $225K. Four bedroom, two bath, two car garage and a decent back yard.
