Drag your cursor down to a clear area on the bottom bar where the START Button is, RIGHT CLICK and select Properties. On the TaskBar Tab there should be a Check-off Box that says something like "Show Quick Launch", check this box and click OK.

Now, when you are on a web page with links you can LEFT-CLICK + DRAG that link down to your QuickLaunch Bar and release it. A Generic IE "E" Icon will now be put in your bar. With an Internet Connection active, when you click on this "Button" an IE Page will open and go straight to that URL. (Some sites, like RC will actually change to a Cool, site related Icon)!

You can also click on & drag the: Icon in the Address Window at the top of the IE Screen AND any Icons on your Desktop or from a Windows Explorer Window. Sometimes it will Create a ShortCut, and sometimes it will actually MOVE that item to the QuickLaunch Bar (I haven't figured out that Protocol as yet).
