Have a customer that we recently added a networkable printer to there network. ever since they claim the modem is dropping out or the internet doesnt work after they have turned the computers off and back on forcing them to reset the modem/router. I have checked the cables and connections and replaced the router. With the new router they say it improved and only happens after they turn their computers off at night and back on in the morning. Any Ideas? I have been there a few times and of course it works when I am there.
