This really doesn't help me because I've never programmed any of your remotes before.

I just called A%^D and they agreed to do an RMA. They were totally shocked that the manual wasn't available.

I was looking for a less expensive alternative to the Pronto, and thought that I had found it. I guess I'll have to wait.
