With Pronto's, RTI, and Crestron we put a dab of silicon on the eye. Set the emitter in the little concave pocket and an IR cover. Works fine...
Rant...
What in the hell were they thinking with the concave eye on the TiVo and the little bubble on the H-20.
If anybody from D%^ Tv read this, please pull your collective heads out of your rectum when designing these boxes.
