Hi all,

I read through the many threads on this subject, where the IR receiver on this tivo is overloaded by the output from an IR emmitter.

I am helping a client with this problem and we are experimenting with the various positions for the emmitter, etc.

I did notice the unit does have an IR mini plug input on the back. The manual indicates it is for future use. Has anyone tried using it ?

Any new tricks you may have found on this issue?
