No offence (really)... but please trust me when I say
this: There is a VAST difference between thinking you
know something (guesses, "knowledge" from internet sources/forums,
manufacturer's false promises, etc)... and actually having
years of field experience with the products.
This is very true, and I'm sorry, Your statement is VERY VERY true. I guess when some people think or "know" they know something, they end up really not knowing. You have to have expirience to truely know how something (exactly) works.
