AMX Sues Crestron's Exclusive MDU Partners for Racketeering
and Theft of Trade Secrets (9/5/2006)

Cimax USA, LLC (Cimax) and Vertical Integration Group
(VIG) were among a number of parties sued on Friday, May
5, 2006 in United States Federal Court in Miami, Florida
for, among other things, violations of the Racketeer Influenced
and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), conspiracy, fraud,
and theft of trade secrets. AMX(R) LLC (AMX) brought the
lawsuit against Cimax, VIG, and a number of defendants,
including the owners, based on various fraudulent acts
and to enjoin the defendants from disclosing AMX trade
secrets.
