Do you have a battery backup on the system? do you have
a surge protector on the phone lines? Is there an alarm
system in the house that might be trying to get an outside
line? Have you tried to bypass the phone system and hook
up a phone for him to use to see if there isn't some sort
of problem on the phone company's side of things? Is the
phone line VOIP?
Not VOIP and doesn't appear to be the alarm.
Panasonic thinks it is a voltage issue with the incoming phone line since the system requires more stable power.
No battery back up or surge protector.
