Everything works great but the client mentions that he is dropping about 20 percent of his calls. Completely random drops. It has happened on both lines, both type of phones, random length of calls, single call and conference calls.

When it dropped a conference call, the other 2 parties were able to continue the conference call that he initiated.

He actually dropped a call when I was on the phone with him. I heard a beep, then he was gone.

No error logs.

Panasonic has an idea what the problem is but I wont post here as to not influence possibly helpful replies.
