whoa Zonie- i would agree that Ron was out of line to attack a group of developers that have always tried to listen to the industry they serve. however; this unit is closer to the year 1990 than it is to 2010. you would be welcome to try and sell this unit to my parents, but i doubt they would trade their RTI remote setup that is FULLY customized to both their decor and their needs. try to do that with any Niles product. yes it has its place, i just feel you are taking this a little to personal, lets keep the family out of it.
