Has anyone tried this on the newer models? I have a LC-46D92U.
I have been lurking around a long time and have learned
a lot for my business. This would really help on a custom
job with an RTI System. The power off and other commands
work fine but cannot get to power on.

This solution also worked on the same new model. You only need to send the RS232 enable command once. I suggest putting some delay before sending the POWR 1 command. In Vity software this was simple to do. Unfortunately, am not familiar with RTI.
