It isn't in the published protocol but if you use 1 as the parameter for the POWR command instead of 0, it is an on command(ie: POWR1___< cr >). This however was for a 26" US model and not a 27" Australian model, if the protocols are different. I thought it was odd that they didn't put it in the book though.
