Our Kawasaki PVS1965 gave us a "no valid disk" message recently and we got some help from the 1800customersupport.com staff. I was instructed to unplug the unit and turn the unit on/off switch on and off about 15 times to reset the player. I also pulled the eye unit to the middle of the disk area. Voila! It now works. Yea!
