We have a Kawasaki PCS1965 for the car. From looking at other sites, it seems to be the lens unit that is broken. It was stuck halfway through a DVD, and from reading other posts, we moved it back down towards where the center of the dvd would be. It now plays the first two minutes of every dvd, but the lens unit doesn't want to go onto the next ring/thread of the dvd (towards the outer edge), does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?
