Yes,

You can control any SpeakerCraft zone by IR from any of the IR connections on the keypad bus. Each zone has discrete codes. The MKP will still work as well. You can connect to each zone or just one and control any zone from another by IR.

I have done a lot of RTI remotes with SpeakerCraft including the RP-6. Let me know if you have any more questions. Be careful with those library codes. I have found some codes to be in error. Make sure your MZC firmware is up to date and you are using the default system code.
