Try covering the emitters with black tape, so that IR doesn't leak out.
Your connecting block has four IR inputs, with 4 zone outputs. You should be able to asign for instance zone 1 IR input > to zone 1 A or B emitter output. Without any crosstalk. You just have to isolate your emitters.
