Wow. Client made noises about a new remote because the volume and mute stopped working his first generation Integra receiver, DTR6. Somewhat excited that I could sell a remote and programming... except the IR in is dead on the AVR! So they got a new AVR and I updated his CHAD remote instead!! I could barely see the screen! When I started selling and installing them I could read the screen....now???
How many of you have even seen a CHAD in the last 12 months??
