If you go to the Outlaw audio website and download the user manual for their (only) reciever, you will see that their remote control (obviously sourced from OFA) has some striking similarities to Rob's 15-1996 in terms of layout. Rob may be owed some royalties here.

Seriously though, if OFA is willing to make a complete custom remote for what must be a small outfit like Outlaw Audio (I am assuming), I wonder what their minimum order is to have a custom remote made. Just dreaming of course, but how many people would have to sign up for them to be willing to do a custom job like Rob's model? 100? 500? What if just enough interest was expressed to get them to make it as a regular OFA model.

Anyway, even if they ripped Rob off, I thought the similarity was striking. The remote can also be seen in this months issue of "Sound and Vision."
