I just got a Cinema 7 IQ (URC-7800) and am pretty happy with it so far, except for one quirk that doesn't seem to match with what's posted on the net.

I was loading the advanced commands for an Apex AD600A DVD player using the instructions found at [Link: hifi-remote.com] when I ran into a hitch.

The up and down arrow buttons don't seem to be allowed as choices when you're custom programming a TV code 0030. Or, said another way, when I (e.g.) do this:

DVD-SETUP(hold)-9-9-4-SETUP-1-4-8-UPARROW

...I don't get two blinks after the up-arrow at the end, and nothing seems to get put in that key.

The same is true of the down-arrow button. I ended up learning the codes direct from the APEX remote after I set the DVD button back to being a DVD button (SETUP[hold]-9-9-2-DVD-DVD) - I noticed that when the DVD button was still in 'TV/0030' mode, the up and down arrow buttons didn't make the LED blink at all.

Am I doing something wrong? Has anyone else had this problem?
