How long is the usual wait until you are issued a TAG# from hudsonag? So far, I have emailed them 4 times (3 weeks apart) and have never received an answer. I do receive an email stating "in order to receive a TAG#, please provide the following info...". I supply the info and never hear back. I have been corresponding through [email protected] Is there another/better way to communicate with them? I would like this sorted out.

All I want to do is have my A/V Producer 8 (URC-8800)upgraded so that it will control my Tivo. This wait is getting ridiculous.
