I didn't find a audio(rcvr)_0170, but there is a CD_0170, and maybe that's what you got your remote to accept. It's a Nec1,device 123 code. With the close similarity between nec 1, and the nec1a,210.109 that's audio_0135 you could have possibly gotten a signal close enough to do something on your onkyo. I don't think it's an area worth exploring; finding something else that would work as a discrete off is pretty slim, although not totally impossible.
