Actually, for people reading this how have upgradeable remotes, there is a UEIC code for NEC1 210:108, it's RCVR/0842, but as far as I know, it's only available by upgrade, I don't know of any remotes that have it built in.

But like Jon said, adding the code using JP1 is the best option, and the only option with Radio Shack remotes.
