Edmund, I just checked out the
www.hifi-remote.comweb page and tried to do a keymove. Exp. code
726 (Instant Replay) to my down arrow key and
it total ignors me. I did double check that the
AUX button was programmed to code 0618 first.
Not sure what's happening. I have the remotes
manual right in front of me and have programmed
this remote for several devices, learning buttons
and keymoves with no problems but this one just
isn't happening. I'm wondering if OFA even programmed
it at all.
Debbie, when you press the AUX button does it say AUX or VCR2. For the tivo code to work it needs to be a VCR. If you haven't change the AUX to a VCR, but it still takes code 0618, thats because there's a tape deck that uses code 0618 also. See if your 9800 takes SAT code 1142.
