Just out of curiosity, did you delete the vcr
one first (The vcr_0636 upgrade you loaded previously)?
Also, did you remember to change the device button
name to "sat", then enter 0636 on the general
tab. In your case, the sat button will be called
"sat" from the drop down menue, and the device
code box should read 0636.

Yes I deleted the device first in IR then added the new one. I changed VCR to SAT device type on the setup tab in KM and left the 0636 intact. I *just* changed the device should I have done anything else?
