Well what I failed to mention is that I also have half a dozen 1994's, a 1935, 1925, RCU something or other and a bunch more. All bought for about $4 a piece once discontinued.
The joke is I bought my first universal remote to get rid of my remote clutter. Then I found JP1 and became a remote junkie.
I still like the 1995 better than all the rest--and you're right. Until the 1995 extenders and other goodies got done I was a dyed-in-the wool 1994 kinda guy.
