Getting back to my first paragraph. Do the OneForAll
remotes require battery power when programming
them? If they don't then, the battery door issue
will not be a problem with the Kameleon.
Over in Yahoo Groups, I found my answer. One individual has been able to successfully read the firmware from the Kameleon by holding the JP1 cable w/male adapter into the slot.
This does look promising.
