ehart, I thank you for your considerate offer. My reply was actually more of a rant against Radioshack. I am not one to engage in Shack-bashing, but I see it as a serious oversite to not have this manual online yet. As a customer service issue, what if I had one of these remotes and lost the manual? If the manual was on their website, I would be able to check it out anytime I needed to. Maybe I should call 1-800-THE-SHACK and ask. Afterall, the squeaking wheel gets the grease.

I don't own a 15-2117, yet. :-D
But if I were to get one, I would want to have online access to the manual in case I lost the paper copy.
