The Radio Shack 15-2103 sells for under $10.
If all you need is a simple replacement for a
lost/broken TV remote, it is not that bad.
I didn't realize the price was that low. At that price I agree with what you've said about the 15-2103 (though personally I would want a more capable universal remote).
