I downloaded over the phone the new devices

How do I take a device from IR.exe to RM? On the
faq's you sent, I can only see how to load one
from the web. Since I downloaded mine over the
phone, how do I move them to RM to edit, and then
move them back to IR.exe and my device? I've read
your FAQs and just can't make sense of that.
The process isn't designed to work that way. The idea is that you learn the signals from your original remotes, then look at the decoded data in IR and create the upgrade yourself (assuming there isn't one already created in the JP1 file section). By downloading UEI upgrades over the phone there is no process established to go backwards and convert these upgrades into JP1 upgrade files, so you're stuck with what you've got.
Fortunately, there are JP1 upgrade files available for both of the devices you downloaded, so you can use those.
Also, if you email me a copy of your IR download with the UEI upgrades in them, I will manually convert them into JP1 upgrade files.
