You need to use the toshiba dvd code, 0503, see this
thread. If you have the 9960, use these step to map the advanced codes:
1. press device(DVD)
2. press and hold SETUP
3. press OTHER
4. enter 9-9-4
5. press device key(DVD)
6. press SETUP, do not hold
7. enter 3-digit advanced code
8. pick a key
