I'm guessing the LF and RF refer to the "Left Front" and "Right Front" speaker levels, though I'm not aware of there being codes for these functions (though there are codes for the REAR levels, 030 and 032, which come from the 165 device code (ie, setup code audio/0014)

Look at the Pioneer Master List I see that most of the effect and level codes come from device code 165, but use the 2-OBC format that Pioneer is (in)famous for, so you wouldn't be able to re-create these using advanced codes.

However, if you do go the JP1 route, you could use what we call the "Pioneer 2CMD" protocol to create an upgrade using device code 165 that would let you set up all the 2-part signals. If you decide this is worth it, start a new thread on this topic over in the JP1 forums, once you've figured out the JP1 basics, and I'll help you create the upgrade.
