I'm sure that although Anthony is correct that it is hard to keep track of children in public places even when you are a good parent, I agree that most dingbats will probably abuse this system and let someone else worry about their child. I just got back from vacation, and I can personally tell you, I am tired of worrying about mine and someone else's child to boot that was left alone at the pool or ocean or whereever else you can leave a child on vacation. People are getting dumber over time I believe...
