He's madder than a hatter and an idiot, but thank God he's "decisive". As far as spin goes, it's truly amazing how to this day people like to say "he can make decisions without looking at a poll". In spite of the fact that the white house has done 180's numerous times based on their constant monitoring of public opinion.
