I remember the first Bush proclaiming in 1988,
"I will be the Education President."
"I will be the Environmental President"
And then did nothing. Stuck a wet finger up in the air to make decisions.
I voted for Clinton in '92 who then proceeded to stick HIS finger up in the air, and other places.
I like the fact that this Bush can make decisions without looking at the latest USA Today poll.
That's why he's called "THE DECIDER"
