OT but I agree. He (Clinton) should have faced America and said that. 180 million American men would have understodd. It would have also dispelled some of the shadyness surrounding him.
Clinton passed educatioon bills that gave me the opportunity
to go to college, so I might be a bit biased. I tried
when the older Bush was in charge, but I could not get
work to pay for school and I could not quailfy for any
loans.
Not sure of your age but in the late 80's early 90's, there was quite a bit of money for those going top school. Many of those programs still exist today.
