It's the difference in position between the previous listing and the present. For example . . .
6 star50fiveoh has not moved = 0
7 Damik was 9, is now 7 = +2
8 Gregorius M was 7, is now 8 = -1
The arrows obviously point the direction of travel. You, however, being new don't have this, but you will next time.
