Then don't put your child in the public school system if you have a problem with the way they handle the curriculum...easy.

You don't see parents complaining about religious teachings in religious schools. Even though (around here at least) part of their funding comes from the public tax dollars. However funds raised by religious groups never finds it's way into the public system. If you have a problem, move on to another pond that's designed for you and stop suggesting that the pond I swim in needs to be a certain way.

So... you wouldn't have a problem if the teacher at the beginning of the course said that its a theory? ...is that it?
