anything above 27 is too hot, and temps in the 40's are disgusting. Had to walk home saturday 1km as the trains had given up working due to buckled tracks. But i can tell you 46C and you can really feel the heat burning your skin.
I am glad i live in the suburbs and not the country, and do feel sorry for all those whom have lost their lives and houses though.
