No, it is not. Every Windows control fires several events. If you observe whats going on closely, the screen buttons get inverted in non ccf-mode when they are pressed (not when released). I suppose they simply can't get the repeat to work properly, because they don't reproduce the IR-codes correctly. The original pronto format for learned IR-codes distinguishes between first press and repeat sequence. All PDAWin does is to repeat the first press sequence which is not correct and doesn't work properly on several consumer equipments.
