I'm surprised you don't understand this. No-one quarrels with the value of the PPC/PDAWin combination and the usefulness of PDAWin. In fact, because of that I suspect almost everyone would be willing to spend more than $15 if that is what it would take to get support and some sort of response.

What galls me and I suspect galls the others, is the fact that they are basically totally unresponsive, whether it be to questions, support issues, etc. It should be noted that they are NOT unresponsive when it comes to taking someone's money. The fact that it is only $15 is irrelevant; they set the price, we paid it, and expect some sort of ongoing support or at least some level of communication.

It's really not right to sell a piece of software that is as important to the use of the hardware as this is, and then ignore the customers....
