I'm not sure if this will help, but here's the IR code for the learned volume+ command as displayed in ProntoEdit. Can this be edited to allow the command to repeat more quickly? I did notice that when I "learned" this command to another universal remote control, the volume changed very slowly but it worked like the original remote when I programmed the remote using the Yamaha receiver device code.
